02/20/2007 12:58 AM“Dear Joerg,
Thank you for contacting RealNetworks Customer Support.
I understand that you are unable to install RealPlayer on your Vista.
We regret to inform you that you cannot install RealPlayer on Windows Vista, Microsoft’s new operating system. Vista is currently still in beta testing status, which means that changes are still being made. As RealNetworks continues to grow, we hope to add other operating systems to the compatibility list. Unfortunately, at this time no decisions about future operating systems or dates is available.
If you have any questions or clarifications, please write to us and we will be glad to assist you.
Regards,
Raji

Oh really? So, if Vista is still beta, how come I have purchased the final SB version?:
