ICQ: Network Status updated to “experiencing difficulties”

As assumed earlier, the ICQ Team has problems with servers. Now, they have finally updated the network status to read the following:

“You might experience difficulties using ICQ and viewing the
site. We are working to fix the problem as soon as possible.“
